uRUCK is a specialized marketplace designed for backpack enthusiasts. It offers a unique platform where users can discover, share, and purchase premium backpacks from a variety of brands. Its community-driven approach sets URUCK apart, allowing users to leverage group buying power to secure better deals and exclusive products. By fostering a sense of camaraderie among like-minded individuals, uRUCK connects buyers with the best gear and builds a vibrant community of outdoor and travel enthusiasts.
The Challenge:
In a marketplace where group buying is central to the business model, ensuring trust between users and brands was a critical challenge. The platform needed a way to validate participants, mitigate risks, and provide peace of mind during transactions.
The Solution: Perpetual Trust Score - Ripple Effect
To address this challenge, we introduced the Trust Score—a dynamic feature that evaluates user reliability based on their behavior, participation history, and feedback from previous transactions. This score became a key metric, helping users and brands gauge the credibility of potential group members before engaging in a transaction.
